{FLOTUS} Michelle Obama Nails It…Literally!

September 5, 2012

Fashion is a religion!  And many people are committing sins left and right, but that’s another post for another time. Right now, we’re focused on one particular lady that will definitely see the Pearly Gates of Fashion Heaven!

The First Lady of the United States aka FLOTUS aka Michelle Obama gave us absolute LIFE last night during her speech at the 2012 Democratic National Convention. If for some reason you missed it, check it out below.

The speech was so dynamic and heartfelt that people have been quoting the First Lady on various social media platforms. Rumor has it, she wrote the speech herself. But we aren’t surprised..we always knew she had Brains and Beauty!  And last night we saw that old adage manifest right before our very eyes.  People can’t stop talking about it. They also couldn’t stop talking about how great she looked, dressed in a beautiful custom frock by Tracy Reese and pumps by J Crew.  The only thing we didn’t know was the shade of her nail polish. Yes, the masses were concerned.  Life is about balance people and there’s no school without recess. So don’t judge me because Michelle Obama had on pretty polish!

All day, I’ve been scouring the web trying to figure out the color and the brand. Well #BOOM, here it is.  The FLOTUS wore the Colour Gloss Soak-Off Gel Colour in VOGUE by Artistic Nail Design. S/O to MSNBC for breaking the story.

Now you already know this color is going to sell out FAST, so here are a couple of options for purchasing!

Will you be rocking VOGUE on your nails this fall?

Nice work finding out the color and for sharing it on here. I wonder if it is still available. I might have to buy some for myself.
